The Rayco Wylie crane anti two block system is a cost effective series of devices which aim is to warn the operator and shut off crane motion controls upon an impending two- block situation. The completely self standing system includes the R147 display, a wireless limit switch, a weight and chain assembly, and all the necessary mounting hardware for a complete plug and play out of the box experience.

The Crane Anti Two Block System Consists of Three Main Components
- Display - this unit is mounted in the cab or near the operator controls and is able to manage two signals from separate A2B switches . The R147 can also generate an electrical signal output used to activate lockout function of your crane has been preinstalled with these lockout solenoids. The display/receiver comes standard for 12V or 24V negative body machines.
- Anti Two Block Switch - the radio A2B switch is installed at the boom and/or jib tips and detects the movement of the weight and chain to avert a potential two block situation.
- Weight & Chain - this hardware is the primary mechanism by which the switch works. If there is contact of the hook block with the weight, thereby lifting it up, the anti two block switch instantly recognizes this and transmits the stop signal to the display.
The Wireless ATB switch is delivered with a chain and block. A bracket supplied with the kit must be welded on the tip of the boom to anchor the ATB switch. The switch contains 4 x AA standard lithium or alkaline batteries and is personalized by a serial number called.
