We have recently received a number of requests regarding troubleshooting for the PAT-Hirschmann DS50 systems on Manitex Boom Trucks. Many of these requests have involved the main board located inside the cable reel. Unfortunately this main board has been obsolete in the US for about 6 years and our European suppliers now also have run out of this board.
We have included a troubleshooting guide specific to the PAT – Hirschmann DS50 on the Manitex Boom Trucks. This guide should help you locate the cause of the fault.

If the fault does turn out to be the main board there are two options:
1. A new PAT – Hirschamnn DS160 system.
2. A replacement LSI Wireless System
