Hirschmann has introduced the PRS90 wireless console designed to improve productivity with its intuitive 4.3” color graphic display with user friendly navigation. The PRS 90 allows for monitoring up to eight sensors including combinations of load, anti-two block, boom angle, and wind speed. Both visual and audible warnings are easily set by the operator. With an IP66/67 rating, the console can be safely mounted either inside or outside the cab.

Wireless Sensor Options
The Hirschmann PRS90 Wireless Multi Sensor Console allows for up to 8 sensors to be connected. A single sensor or any combination of the following may be utilized: Wireless Wind Speed, Wireless Anti Two Block, Wireless Angle Sensor, and Wireless Load Sensor with 15K LBS and 45K LBS options.

The Hirschmann PAT PRS90 allows for monitoring single or multiple sensor inputs displayed on a large color graphic display. Capable of displaying up to seven sensors at one time, the Hirschmann PRS 90 utilizes frequency hoping technology to ensure accurate and consistent reception of data.

The Hirschmann PRS90 incorporates the standard A2B switch, that is currently used industry wide on thousands of mobile cranes. All electronics are sealed and potted, which make for a rugged and durable switch. Load is measured to an accuracy of + 1% FS using a uniquely shaped load cell that can be easily installed on a headache ball or hook block.
Hirschmann’s wireless angle sensor is compact and durable in design. The cranes boom angle is measured to an accuracy of +/- 1 degree.
Hirschmann’s three cup wind speed sensor is designed for operation in adverse environments. The quick pivot pedestal mount allows for quick and easy installation in fixed or mobile applications
The PRS 90 is an aid for displaying measured values, which are measured by various wireless sensors and transmitted wirelessly to the central device. Although functions are integrated in the system for monitoring adjustable limit values with visual and acoustic warnings as well as a relay output when limit values are exceeded, the system may not be used as a safety device in the sense of EN 954 or EN 13849. The vSCALE D2 console is the operable component and display of the PRS 90, referred to below as the indicator system. The vSCALE D2 is the control for the wireless sensors from the xSENS-W1 family. The sensors are connected by a radio link in the 2.4 GHz ISM band and may be operated licensefree worldwide. In order to be able to use the device, at least one wireless sensor is necessary
