Cadman is a family-owned company which was established in 1959 as an earthmoving contractor and equipment rental before properly moving into the industry of cranes in 1976. It runs a fleet of 22 machines including truck mounted, mini crawler and All Terrains providing crane rental and contract lifting all over East Anglia and Essex. In 2012, it purchased its first Liebherr, a 70 tonne LTM 1070-4.2 and now it has seven of them in its fleet.

The managing director Geoff Cadman said, “At 180 tonnes this is the company’s biggest crane, the flagship of the fleet, everyone at the company is proud to see it flying the Cadman name. Liebherr can boast the undisputed quality of its products. The standard of the technical backup we receive is exemplary and the constant support and attention we receive from Steve Elliott and the team at Liebherr is a key factor in our continued commitment to the brand”.

“In a business where re-investment is critical, the new cranes will continue to come through the Cadman gate and as long as the Liebherr product and service continue to advance, we will be advancing alongside them.”
